Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unworn and unwashed

In its original packaging (with tags attached)

Free of stains, odors, or damage
We do not accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at [your@email.com] with your order number and the reason for your return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we’ll notify you by email. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return your item and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at [nyhcouture@gmail.com], and we’ll make it right.
